Addresses within Scotland, Ireland and Off-Shore Islands are Served as Follows:
Many areas of Scotland with much of our Product Range receives Free Delivery. If you live in certain areas of Scotland there may be a delivery charge on some products which can be found in detail on the product pages. If there is no such detail - please assume Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE. If in doubt - please e. mail us for further information on Garden Cut Logistics Information.
We do not Deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man or Scottish Islands. Many of our products can be delivered to Isle of Wight and Channel Islands at an additional delivery cost. Please e. mail Garden Cut Logistics Information for further information.
The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT & Delivery. Many of our products are delivered on a Next Working Day Service, stock levels permitting (we have over 98.5% order fulfillment on next day delivery items). On the fewOccassions when we do not meet next day delivery targets this is owing to carrier or stock issues. In the event of stock issues we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order and try to either inform you when stock will arrive or offer you an alternative item.
Currently we can only deliver to United Kingdom mainland addresses.
The method and time for delivery varies by product but the majority of products are dispatched on the same business day for either next working day delivery or delivery within 3-5 days. In the case of “Next Working Day Delivery” items, Orders received after 1-00pm on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday.
There are certain exceptions to the above:
Bank Holiday Weekends: Next Day Delivery Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No Deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year.
There are occasional delivery costs and occasional delays in delivery when delivering to very remote area’s, notably the Highlands of Scotland and certain areas of Wales and Cornwall.
There may be other instances of Next Working Day Delivery not applying. This would be extreme pressure on Deliveries, Carriers not fulfilling obligations etc. This is very unusual and, as stated above, more than 95% of Next Day Orders are delivered next day.
